Again, had to stop between sets AND reps.
Today my arms were a bit sore, so I only did one set of 7,7,7
One is better than none :)

New Exercise = 7, 7, 7
Step 1: Do 7 bottom “half” bicep curls (bottom half = from sides to navel)
Step 2: Do 7 top “half” bicep curl (top half = from navel to top)
Step 3: Do 7 full bicep curls (top + bottom)
Repeat 3 Times

Yes, I’m alive. I haven’t been logging my workouts here for a number of months. I have been keeping active (hooray!), even if it’s just mini-workouts.
I have lost 7lbs since March :)
