Recovery day (no gym today!).
2hrs cleaning — 60 calf raises

Day Ninety-seven
Up at 8am.
Workout: 1 hr Zumba! — 2 hrs cleaning — 1 hr slow ballroom dancing (rumba, waltz)
*sore thighs and abs
